Level 0.5: Early Intervention & Aftercare
For persons assessed as needing education and counseling to avoid progression to more serious substance abuse problems.
Level I: Outpatient Treatment (OP)
Credentialed staff provides assessments, treatment and recovery services through regularly scheduled treatment sessions representing fewer than nine (9) hours of client contact per week.
Level II: Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP)
For clients assessed as requiring nine (9) or more hours of structured programming per week in order to establish stable recovery. IOP services include counseling and client education about substance abuse and dependence as well as co-occurring disorders and related life problems.
